The Department of Executive Search
As an independent recruiting and consultation firm, CIASE Management Consultation Company!(original name:CIASE Headhunting & Consultation Co.)assists clients through any or all phases of the recruiting process:
Position specifications. We can work from established specifications, assist in the preparation of written position descriptions or draft documents from scratch. Position descriptions summarise the nature of the organisation and its culture, detail responsibilities of the position, and "ideal" personal and professional credentials determined necessary for the position.
Research and Strategy. We work with our clients to develop a search strategy that includes the targeting of specific organisations where potential candidates are most likely identified. Following the development of a search strategy we begin contacting an extensive network of sources to assist us in the identification of possible candidates for the position. Simultaneously, we make direct contact into targeted companies for the purpose of identifying additional prospects.
Interviews and Assessments. We determine candidates' compatibility with our clients' organisational culture using a process that identifies and compares their qualifications and personal attributes to that of our clients' established model of "ideal candidates".
Presentations. We recommend the most qualified prospects for presentation to our clients through confidential written reports. Candidate presentations contain a comprehensive view of the prospect, including accomplishments, and an assessment of their personal characteristics, management and leadership style and potential fit within our clients' cultures. If necessary, CIASE Headhunting & Consultation Co can also provide written verification of a candidate's educational and employment background.
Client Interviews. CIASE Headhunting & Consultation Co can arrange candidate presentation meetings for candidate and client in person. Following the interview we can provide feedback to both parties as to initial reactions of the meeting on the instruction of candidate or client.
